We spoke with the relatives of three people who used the service who told us they were happy with the care their relative received. They told us that the service was reliable and that their relative was supported by the same carers on a regular basis. One person told us that they were always contacted if their relative's carer would be late for any reason. People told us they knew how to make a complaint if they had any concerns and that they are regularly asked for their views on the service. Other comments included:
'We're very happy with the service.'
My relative has a 'small team of consistent carers who are very good'
'There's always someone at the end of the phone.'
My relative is 'well looked after.'
"Our wishes have always been appropriately responded to."
