During an inspection in response to concerns
People who spoke to us said that they had been involved in discussions about their individual needs and that where changes were required, that these were taken into account. People said that help and support is given with various activities and that the staff monitor these needs and the delivery of care through discussion. We were told that the staff complete a record of the care given, which is left in the person's home.
We were told that if there were any concerns about the care or service that these could be raised with the provider. People in general were happy with the standard of care delivered and some had been provided with the opportunity to give feedback on the quality and standards of care received.
