During a routine inspection
Staff were supported to carry out their roles and responsibilities and received a comprehensive induction training programme. All staff had undertaken Disclosure and Barring (DBS) checks (formerly known as Criminal Records Bureau checks).The provider had a number of processes in place to monitor the quality of service which incorporated systems to identify and address issues and concerns. People we spoke with told us that they were confident that any concerns they may have would be addressed. One person said, "I have raised issues and changes have been made".
