During a routine inspection
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. People said they had enough information to consent to treatment. People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection and the clinic was clean on the day of inspection. There were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff to meet people's needs. People were made aware of the complaints system and said they would talk with staff if they had a concern or query.
