During a routine inspection
People receiving care and support said they received the help they needed. One person said 'The staff look after me they are pleasant and kind. They write down the help they have given to me before they leave'.
People told us that they could and would raise any issues and felt issues would be looked into. One person said 'I have no reason to complain'. Another person said 'If I had any issues I would raise them straight away'.
We were told by people who we spoke with that they felt there was enough staff who had received training to be able to meet their needs. One person said 'The staff are all spot on the staff have the skills and can do their job'.
People said their views were asked for about the service they received. One person said 'The agency asks if everything is alright for me. I feel quite happy at present with the service I am receiving'.
