During a routine inspection
People commented that they are able to participate in the daily running of the home as far as they are able, with one person telling us that they enjoyed helping with the laundry by folding the towels.
We were told that the food is nice, though one person did comment 'I don't like having the same food everyday' and another said they would prefer larger portions but understood that they needed to lose weight so were happy to be 'guided by the dietician'.
Whilst visiting the home we observed positive relationships between the staff and the people living there.
People told us that they knew who to talk to if they had any concerns, and that they were confident that staff would respond to them. One person commented 'the staff listen to me'.
