Staff told us they would approach the manager for support if they had concerns and needed to speak up. The manager told us they operated an open-door policy, and they wanted staff to feel they could speak freely.

The provider had a procedure for staff to raise concerns. We saw examples where staff did this, and the provider took appropriate action to address the concerns raised.
