During a routine inspection

As Action Homecare provides care to people in their own homes, we contacted people by telephone to ask them their views about the service.

We spoke with three people who used the service. All told us they were satisfied with the service, one person told us, 'They are the best agency we have ever used. Everything is spot on. They are like part of our family.'

Another person we spoke with said, 'They are brilliant, I have had no problems in any way, shape or form.'

We spoke with the relative of a person who used the service, they told us, 'They are so kind to my husband, they even ask me how I am. I would recommend the service to anyone, they help make life easier.'

The agency had moved to a new address the day before we carried out the inspection. We saw it was business as usual, even though the office was not fully set up.
