During a routine inspection
We asked four people if they felt that they were treated with respect and if their privacy was respected. All said that the staff were always respectful in the ways that they interacted with them. Two people told us that the staff always knocked on their bedroom doors and waited to be invited in before they entered their bedrooms.
Four people told us that there were a range of activities provided in the home that they could participate in if they chose to. One person said 'we are quite spoiled'.
People told us that they were consulted about the care and support that they were provided with and that their views and comments were listened to and acted upon.
