We found that children's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. Parents told us that they received a consistent and reliable service. They told us that the care workers were competent in their role and one person told us that they were 'Brilliant' with their child.
Parents confirmed that staff were skilled in the management behaviours that may be challenging. They also told us that they had been provided with information about abuse and how to report any concerns.
We found staff received training and support to meet children's needs. Parents told us that they found the staff to be skilled in the provision of care to their child. They told us that staffing arrangements were well managed and they always knew who would be attending.
We found that people who used the service and staff were asked for their views about their care and treatment and they were acted on. Parents told us that they were consulted about the service their child received on a regular basis and they felt their views were listened to and taken into account. Comments included, 'I am 100% happy' and 'It is a fabulous service.'
