The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 51 service users at Kingsthorpe Grange.
The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect send to the Care Quality Commission an action plan setting out how they will implement and embed systems and processes to ensure service users’ care plans and risk assessments are reviewed and updated by skilled and competent staff to detail known risks to service users, including clinical risks, and staff are provided with detailed guidance to support them to mitigate those risks. This system and process must include an audit and regular review of service users care plans, risk assessments and care records.
The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect send to the Care Quality Commission an action plan setting out how they will implement and embed systems and processes to ensure service users’ clothing is labelled and correctly stored. This system and process must include an audit and regular review of service users’ clothing and belongings.
The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this condition taking effect send to the Care Quality Commission an action plan setting out how they will ensure that there is an effective system in place to audit fire doors to identify and action where deficiencies are found.
The Registered Provider must provide a written monthly update to the Care Quality Commission on the first Tuesday of each month following the conditions taking effect, detailing an overview of findings and actions taken in relation to the audits set out above.
