During a routine inspection
People said they received the care they needed in the way that they wanted it to be provided. People told us staff responded promptly when they used their call bells and helped them to resolve any problems they had. One person commented that 'staff listen to me and provide the care I need'.
People said they felt safe in the home and were confident that staff would respond appropriately to any concerns they raised.
One person told us the manager regularly asked them how things were and whether they had any concerns. The person said the manager was very good at responding to issues and resolving them.
