During a routine inspection
One person told us that they were in the process of buying a car and that they were really looking forward to getting it, so they could go out more. This person also told us that they didn't go to the day centre at the moment but they said they liked listening to their music on the radio.
The people we met with during our visit appeared happy and content and people responded positively with staff interactions, which we saw were person centred and respectful. We observed people's body language and saw that they were relaxed and comfortable with the staff who were on duty during our visit.
