Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within one week of this condition being imposed and thereafter every Monday, the registered provider must send the Commission a written report detailing the following;
a. A written weekly rota detailing the arrangements in place to evidence that there is at least one member of staff on shift at all times who is trained and competent to ensure the safe administration of medicines.
b. Evidence that risks associated with bed rails and bed rail bumpers have been reviewed in line with the Health and Safety Executive national guidance, and information about any remedial action taken or planned, to mitigate risk.
c. Evidence that risks associated with hot surfaces including, but not limited to hot water pipes, have been reviewed in line with the Health and Safety Executive national guidance and information about any remedial action taken or planned to mitigate risk.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 48 service users at Lingdale Lodge.

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Lingdale Lodge.
