During a routine inspection
During our visit we spent time observing the interactions between people and the staff and noted that everyone got on well and enjoyed each other's company. Staff were kind, patient and caring and treated people with respect. People were supported and encouraged to do as much as they could for themselves. While we were there we noted that one person made hot drinks for all the staff and for the other people staying there. Another person told us they help with the cooking.
People were encouraged to complete a questionnaire at the end of each stay to tell the provider what they had enjoyed and what could be improved. We saw that one person had said they did not like one of the meals.
