People using the service told us at our last review that they they had been fully involved in planning their care and had been able to make decisions about how they wished to be supported. They told us they regularly visited friends in the local community and went to local shops.

During an inspection in response to concerns

People using the service told us that they had been fully involved in planning their care and had been able to make decisions about how they wished to be supported. They told us they regularly visited friends in the local community and went to local shops.

We asked four people about their views on the diet they received and all four told us that it was very good. One person commented that, "its lovely food, I am given a choice of meal and if I don't like what is offered they will make up something I ask for."
