Staff told us they supported people to follow their faith and participate in activities. We saw throughout the day a variety of activities were available to people. One person told us, “There is something on every day here. I don’t always join in but that’s okay, its our choice. It is good that there are things to do.”

Quality audits were undertaken to obtain people’s views of the service and we saw people were involved in decisions about activities and entertainment in the home. People were supported to spend time with the people that were important to them. There were no restrictions on visiting times.
