During a routine inspection
We found that people's privacy, dignity and independence were respected. One person told us they are always treated with respect, and 'the carers are helpful, reliable, and make you feel wanted.'
We found people experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights. One person told us 'the carers are very good. They are always polite, and will have a laugh and a joke with me. They will do anything for me. I can not complain.' We found peoples' care needs had been thoroughly assessed and care was delivered in a way that met peoples' needs and ensured their safety and welfare.
People were protected from the risk of abuse, staff knew how to raise any concerns. We found that staff had received relevant training for their job. Staff were supported in their work and were confident that they were able to provide the care required.
We found that the provider gathered peoples' views about the care and service they receive periodically during the year.
