During a routine inspection
We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing completed surveys and by looking at the complaints log.
We also spoke with two relatives of people receiving a service and they both told us that people were very happy with the care they received. They told us that the staff were kind and polite and communicated well with them. We were told the staff arrived on time and all care decisions were discussed with people. One person told us the care staff 'care above and beyond the call of duty' and another told us they 'were very happy with the care',
We spoke with two staff who told us that Hillcrest Supported Living West Sussex was a very supportive place to work and that they were trained and supervised to ensure they could meet people's needs safely.
