During a routine inspection
All of the people that we spoke with were happy with the standard of service that they had received. On person old us, "The service has been very good." Another person told us, "Excellent service, I was given plenty of information to help me make my decision to go ahead."
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. People were provided with the information that they needed to give informed consent.
Infection prevention and control procedures were in place to reduce the risk of infections.
Staff were supported, supervised and trained to provide safe and effective care.
People's complaints were fully investigated and resolved, where possible, to their satisfaction.
