During a routine inspection
Following our the visit we spoke over the telephone with relatives of two people supported by the agency and with another member of staff.
People using the agency and their relatives told us they had been satisfied with the support they had received. They said staff had arrived on time and had supported them in a way they preferred. They said that staff had supported them to maintain their independence and had the skills needed to support them safely.
In discussion people confirmed that senior staff had maintained contact with them, dealt with any issues arising and spoken with them about their view of the support they had received. Comments included, 'I have no complaints, I am happy' and 'staff are always polite'.
