During an inspection in response to concerns
Professionals including care managers who had visited the service told us that they were concerned about documentation and the ways that risks were managed.
They told us that they were concerned that staff were not responding to people's needs.
Safeguarding alerts had been raised which meant that local authority, who placed people at the home, were investigating the concerns. The provider had suspended some staff following the alerts.
