During a routine inspection
We found that the care/support records and care plans provided staff with the information they needed to meet people's needs.
People we spoke with told us, "I feel safe here; they can't do enough for you, that includes all of the staff." "The staff are wonderful; they are so caring and help meet all my needs." "The staff are always there to talk to and I have one to one sessions when I get upset." "I am definitely getting the support needed and am able to make my own day to day decision."
We found that a range of health and care professionals were involved in meeting people's needs.
Staff had received appropriate training and support in respect of their job roles. Comments included, "For the mandatory training there is on-going updates and refreshers." "We can request client specific training through our supervision if we have identified a specific learning need."
People were confident about the care, support and therapy provided within the service and had no concerns, but would raise them if they needed to.
