During a routine inspection
One person who was spoken to said, "I like the staff here, you can talk to them, if you need them they are there, don't have to wait. If they are busy with other people, one of them will come".
One person spoken to said, 'Feel safe here, the staff know what they are doing, there is nothing I am unhappy with'.
One person said, "I have been involved in my care plan, this has been discussed. I have a key worker". "I definitely make my own day to day choices". "The staff know me, I don't have male staff, I am not comfortable with that, they ensure privacy during personal care, they knock on the door and make sure the door is closed".
One person spoken to said, "The grub is alright, I get the food I like, I prefer sandwiches at tea-time".
Another person said, "I am very picky, sometimes like what is on the menu sometimes not but they will produce something else. Yes, they keep an eye on your weight, I have been putting weight on".
