During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they were happy with the care provided and staff treated them with dignity and respect. One person told us, 'The staff speak to me nicely'. Another person told us, 'It is excellent here. I choose what I want to do and the staff always listen to what I say'. A relative we spoke with told us, 'I think this is a superior home and the staff take care to help people in a dignified way'.

The provider had a recruitment procedure in place. We saw that the necessary checks had been undertaken that ensured staff were safe to provide support to vulnerable people.
People told us that there were enough staff available to meet their needs. We saw that the provider had a system in place which ensured that there were enough suitable qualified staff available to support people who used the service.
The provider had a complaints system in place. We saw that where people had complained the provider had taken action to address concerns.
