During a routine inspection
needs in an appropriate way.
We were told that staff were very helpful and that daily routines in the home were flexible.
People said they enjoyed the meals served in the home. They told us that they felt
confident in raising any issues of concern and knew that staff would respond promptly to address them.
Comments from people living in the home included:
"It's a lovely place here and the staff are very good. They do anything we want and they always ask us what we want".
"I am looked after very well the staff are very caring and they make sure I am comfortable".
'We spoke to some relatives who were visiting. They were complimentary about the way the staff provided care and support to their relatives. We received consistent comments that the staff in the home listened to them and went out of their way to keep them up to date and informed of any changes or concerns in their relatives care needs. One person said, 'I have utter and complete confidence in the staff and the way they look after my relative. We visit at different times and have never had to question the quality of the care."
