During a routine inspection
People were able to show us and talk about their care plan which for some had been produced using plain english and pictorial symbols to assist them in understanding its contents.
People told us that they are supported by staff that they know well, people knew who the manager and their keyworker was and told us that if they were unhappy about something that they would speak with them.
A relative of someone using the service told us that staff are punctual and deliver the care as detailed within the care plan. They told us there is a consistent team of staff that provide care and support.
