During a routine inspection
People told us they chose colour schemes and liked the home. They especially liked their bedrooms which they were proud to show to us. Each bedroom was individual to the person occupying it. Each person held a key to their bedroom to protect their privacy.
We observed people and staff doing household tasks and enjoying banter together. Staff told us they had seen differences since people had moved in the home with them being more outgoing, chatty and relaxed.
A picture format complaints procedure was on display to inform people how to raise concerns. People we spoke with told us they had not got any concerns and were keen to tell us they happy at the home and did not want to move.
