During a routine inspection
People said they felt in control of their lives and were fully involved in the planning of the care and support they received. They said staff treated them well and they were polite to them at all times. People agreed that staff treated them with respect and they told us how their privacy and dignity was maintained by the way staff treated them.
The people we spoke with said they knew how to complain if they needed to, that they would speak with staff or the manager and that they were confident they would be listened to. People said their opinions were sought and their ideas and comments were acted on where appropriate.
