During a routine inspection
We saw records contained appropriate information about the support provided to individuals. Records of assessments and care provided were detailed and up to date. People were treated with respect and were involved in making choices about their care and treatment. They were supported to maintain their independence.
Staff were well supported by the provider and had appropriate opportunities to access training relevant to their roles. People were given information about the provider's complaints procedures and felt their comments and complaints were listened to and acted on.
There were appropriate system in place for managing people's medicines and records were clear and up to date.
Quality assurance checks were in place to ensure people lived in a safe environment. People were consulted about the service.
