During a routine inspection
People who used the clinic experienced effective, safe and appropriate care and treatment that meet their needs and protect their rights. People were protected against the risks associated with medicines because the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to manage medicines.
The provider had effective recruitment and selection processes in place. Appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began work.
People were protected from unsafe or unsuitable equipment. They also benefitted from safe quality treatments and were supported to make effective and appropriate decisions about what they received.
