During a routine inspection
When we spoke with people about the staffing arrangements they told us that although staff were very nice and did their best they did seem to be very busy.
'In the evenings especially, staff can take time to answer my call bell but I have got used to this'
"I have lived at the home for three years and have no complaints about my care. I am well treated and get on very well with the staff who are all kind and friendly. The food is good and we get plenty to eat. I would say if I was unhappy".
'I can get up and go to bed when I want. When I was working I was always got up early and like to continue to do so'
'I can stay in my room as I like my own company, but staff do encourage me to mix with other people especially at lunch time'
'The home is very nice but it would benefit from a conservatory at the front so we could sit and watch the world go by.'
