During a routine inspection
Peoples' care records included an assessment of need, care plan and management plan which identified and minimised risks to the person's health and wellbeing.
We saw that the provider had sufficient numbers of staff on the daily rota to care for people. We spoke to staff and saw records which demonstrated the staff had developed their skills and knowledge to do fulfil their roles.
People, relatives and staff were regularly asked for feedback on the quality of the service. The provider managed complaints appropriately ensuring that a complainant was provided with details of the outcome of an investigation into their complaint.
