During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with a few people who live in this home. Some people who were sitting outside in the sunshine told us that they were enjoying themselves. Two other people told us about their busy lives, showing us photographs of the activities they are involved in and their next planned event which involves jumping from a plane. Everyone seen and who were spoken with told us they were happy and enjoying life.

The people told us they love their home and would not want to live anywhere else.They told us they are supported to keep all their homes clean and tidy.

Although a number of the people who live in this home were out for the day, the people who were at home told us that they were getting the support they required and that they had no concerns about the staff. 'I am happy and the staff help me feel safe' was one persons comment. Another person told us how the staff are helping them with their next planned event which includes a holiday booked for later in the year.

We observed people being supported by staff members carrying out tasks such as putting out the rubbish and collecting in washing from the clothes line. No one appeared rushed and conversations were appropriate.

People who were at home told us that they are happy and liked their home. They told us they are supported to live a full life.
