During a routine inspection

People said they feel valued and supported by the agency. They said they are always involved in decisions about their care, and feel respected and listened to. People told us that the staff who support them are friendly and skilled, and they feel safe and cared for. People said that one of the best things they like about the agency is that they have a regular team of staff who know them, and they feel they can always talk to the agency about any concern or worry they might have.
