One person told us, 'It's been fine, they are really good.' Records showed that people received appropriate advice, treatment and counselling.
Arrangements were in place to ensure that medicines were stored, administered and disposed of appropriately. Systems were in place to carry out regular checks around medicines.
The suitability of premises had been considered in the way that the service was provided. There were areas where people could have confidential discussions with staff.
Selection and recruitment processes were robust and consistent to ensure staff employed were suitable to provide care and treatment.
Records were fit for purpose and detailed with appropriate archiving arrangements. Records adhered to the requirements around termination of pregnancies.
