During a routine inspection
The provider followed appropriate procedures to gain consent. The service shared relevant information with the person's GP, if appropriate.
The service had safeguarding procedures in place and obtained support from the designated BPAS safeguarding lead.
Staff were recruited appropriately in accordance with BPAS recruitment procedures.
People were made aware of the service's complaints procedure. Complaints were managed by the BPAS Head Office and feedback provided after the investigation had taken place.
