During a routine inspection
We found that the risks of treatment were explained during consultation and a booklet was given to people which contained information on the risks and complications of each procedure.
We found that people were asked for their consent prior to booking an appointment for treatment.
Staff had been screened to ensure they had the appropriate qualifications and were suitable to work with vulnerable adults. Staff had been provided with appropriate training to enable them to carry out their roles effectively.
The service had an appropriate complaints handling policy in place.
