During a routine inspection
One person visiting the service told us; 'Everything has been fully explained', 'They [the staff] put you at ease' and 'The service is very quick'.
Detailed information was provided for people enabling them to make informed decisions about the care, treatment and support options available to them.
The service worked collaboratively with other providers so that people received safe and effective care and support, which met their individual needs.
Suitable staffing arrangements were in place to support the service. Staff were offered relevant training and support to carry out their duties effectively. We were told; 'They [the organisation] invest a lot in staff' and 'I think the training is brilliant'.
Systems to monitor and review the quality of service provided were in place to check that people received a quality service.
Records were maintained of all consultations held with people detailing the treatment and support agreed. Information was kept secure and confidentially.
