During a routine inspection
We observed staff asking people for their consent to care, however records did not show written consent to care. Records showed that people's care was planned and delivered appropriately however risks were not identified sufficiently to ensure people's safety.
The provider had appropriate medication processes in place which ensured people received their medicines correctly. One person said, "My medication is given to me by staff and I do feel safe".
The provider had taken appropriate steps to ensure there was enough qualified and skilled staff to care for people. One staff member said, "I do feel I have the skills and knowledge to care for people".
The provider had a complaints procedure in place to allow people to complain or make comments on the service they received.
