All patients we spoke with said they were satisfied with the care they had received. They felt they were treated with respect and kindness. One said "the nursing staff have been amazing and very responsive to my needs."Patients understood the treatment they were undergoing and had been involved in decisions about their care. They said nursing staff treated them as individuals and they had sufficient information about their procedures and after care. We observed staff supporting patients in a professional and friendly manner.
