During a routine inspection
We used observation as due to their health conditions neither of the people who lived at the service were able to talk with us.
Care was planned and delivered to meet each person's individual needs. We saw that there was commitment to keep the people who used the service involved in the local community.
We saw that menus were planned to take the likes and dislikes of the people who lived there into consideration.
The home was clean and tidy throughout and was supported with effective cleaning schedules.
The environment was well maintained and improvements had been made as regulations required following our last inspection.
We saw that the service audited all aspects of care and the running of the home effectively
