During a routine inspection
People had been supported to speak out so that they were able to say when they were not happy about something.
People who use the service said that they were happy living at Blenheim House. People looked happy and relaxed in the company of each other and in the company of staff.
During our visit people were observed being spoken with and supported in a sensitive, respectful and professional manner.
People had support to remain well and healthy. Their privacy and dignity was respected and their independence promoted.
One person said " I am happy living here".
