out, and the other three people were about to leave to go to a coffee morning that they

regularly attend, so we were only able to speak briefly with them before they went. One

person told us they were happy and content and were looking forward to going out. All

three people seemed confident and relaxed, greeting us at the door with smiles, and

readily engaging in conversation.

People told us that they were treated with respect, and that they had privacy when they want it.

Most people we spoke to said that they were happy living in the home.

They told us they felt safe living there.
