During a routine inspection

The patients who spoke with us on the day of our visit were all extremely complimentary about the efficiency of the service. We were told that very detailed information was supplied verbally and in writing by knowledgeable and experienced staff at all stages. This enabled them to understand fully the processes and to make informed choices.

Staff were said to be very professional; that they recognised each person's individual preferences, and that they treated each person with dignity and respect.

Patients told us that staff were very caring and supportive throughout surgical procedures and that they received advice and support in relation to after care and ongoing tests.
