We were told that medicine management arrangements had been improved, and that there were now more staff trained in first aid.

The people we spoke to said they were happy with the care they receive and the approach of staff.

They said they liked the activities.

One person said there should be more staff on duty during the evening to meet their needs more promptly.

People expressed mixed views about the food and how it met their personal tastes.

Everyone we spoke with was aware that a new manager had started work here.

We have not spoken to people who use the service for this review.
