During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with told us they were happy with the care being provided. They told us the staff were friendly and competent. The relative of one person using the service told us the more experienced staff were much more helpful but they were happy with the overall care they received.
The people we spoke with told us that they had no concerns about the care they received. They told us they had been given contact details for the provider and the local authority for any concerns they may have.
The people we spoke with told us that the care staff rarely arrived late or missed their visits. They also told us they were always contacted by the office to inform them if staff would be late.
