During a routine inspection
We looked at the records of three people who used the service and found that care had been planned and delivered in a way that promoted people's health and welfare. Care was provided in accordance with people's wishes.
We found that there were enough staff to meet the needs of people who used the service and that staff had been appropriately supported to enable them to deliver safe and effective care. Staff had received appropriate and specialist training so they could carry out complex health care tasks effectively.
We also found that the provider had an appropriate quality assurance system. However, at the time of our inspection there was no registered manager in place.
