During a routine inspection
The service received thank you cards on a regular basis. These were wholly positive and some of them contained the following comments, 'Very friendly, professional at all times', 'A big thank you to all the nurses who have been coming for the past year. They have all been so cheerful and lovely. I think it is a wonderful service', 'Thank you for your excellent care' and 'Thank you for looking after me so well during the last 12 months. I think your service is wonderful.'
All of the people we spoke with made positive comments about the staff members who supported them. Comments from the people we spoke with included, 'All lovely, never had a problem, brilliant', 'Brilliant, they are very professional, never too familiar, no problems at all' and 'Without exception very nice people. They all know what they are doing and I cannot praise them highly enough. It is a pleasant experience to have them in the house, very respectful.'
One of the nursing staff members we spoke with commented, 'This is a lovely company to work for, very patient focussed.'
