During a routine inspection
They said that they had been 'given all the information needed', and staff were 'smashing and easy to build up a relationship with', the nurses were 'marvellous' and 'no improvements can be made'.
People said they were treated 'respectfully, with courtesy and care'.
People told us that they had 'no concerns about the nurses coming into the house'. We saw that the provider had systems in place so that people were protected from the risk of abuse.
Staff had received development and people said they had 'confidence in the abilities of the nurses'.
We saw the provider had systems in place to gather feedback from people who used the service, and to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service people received.
